Container production

The main advantage of container production is the complete production line and the ability to exercise control over the operations at each stage. “Baltic Container” Co. Ltd. is the only company in the western part of Russia with its own line of container production.

Container production line:

• Complex of guillotines providing metal stamping
• Bending press
• Stands for manufacturing parts and units
• Welding line for the full assembly of containers
• Shotblasting chamber for preparation for painting
• Metal containers painting line

Production line of containers is designed to produce 100 standard 20-foot containers per month. The design of the block-module meets the reliability and durability requirements for standard containers made by such classification societies as Lloyd's Register,Det Norske Veritas. Container production and test facility have the Certificate of approval issued by the Classification Society "Russian Maritime Register of Shipping."
